Oh my God Jackson was amazing in the sale I live in Florida and I was on a desperate search for my first G wagon and I came across a listing from tactile and they were in North Carolina and I thought this is going to be a nightmare from the minute I got on the phone with Jack. He was so kind so mature and an excellent business man when I tell you that I dealt with so many Florida dealerships and it was a nightmare. These places were only an hour away and they couldn’t make anything work just kept making stuff up and I decided I was going with Jack for sureI can’t tell you how quickly we did this deal, long distance and the I have with him. I received the car March 9 in pristine condition with the greatest delivery fleet. I forgot to get my drivers license plate off of my car that I traded in and they had to come back to pick it up. We meant in a large parking lot because the truck is huge and they were picking up my Range Rover on the way back and I woke up this morning to my driver license plate put on my car. I’m in utter shock. I could’ve cried. Excellent excellent man Marcel you deserve employee of the yearI don’t care where you live. If you don’t trust these people you are insane. Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car hands-down. Thank you so much you guys I’ll be back.

Just purchased my first exotic (2021 Urus) from Tactical Fleet in Charlotte. Stephen was very helpful from the first time I walked in and was super chill throughout. Definitely not the typical hassle of a car-buying experience. The car was delivered the day after purchase and I couldn't be happier.

Purchased a preowned vehicle from Jack Charlton. I am from out-of-state and he made the purchase seamless! Excellent communication and hard work from Stephen the in-house “finance master” made the transaction flow so smooth! I highly recommend this team of salespeople and the quality of cars that Tactical Fleet represents is truly impressive!
