I was looking for a low mileage, super clean 2019 or 2020 Mercedes S560 coupe with sport package and Designo interior leather upgrade. Tactical had it. 2019 with 23,000 miles. I communicated with Jared from Tactical Fleet. VERY nice guy. In purchasing from a independent used car facilty, I enlisted a $500 professional on-site vehicle inspection by a top notch vehicle inspection service. This service also knows if a car has been hit, despite so-called "clean" CARFAX report (CARFAX only reports insurance claims made, not collision work done without insurance, as many people do). I used AutoCritic out of Dallas, and he was outstanding. Car came back with a good report. I then told Jared that I live in California, and need professional enclosed semi-truck/trailer transportation of the car to my residence in San Diego. He arranged all that. I ALWAYS ask for a copy of clear title showing that the dealership owns the car. He provided that, but it was coming from Sonic Auto Group. I asked him why, and he said "we are owned by Sonic". Very well, I have no problem with that, as I am familiar with Sonic Auto Group. Car arrived, and only a couple of little things I had to get done over at my Mercedes dealership, and Jared ZELLE reimbursed me for them. Overall, a very favorable purchase experience. I was hesitant about a independent used car seller, but they - for me - were fine.

I was looking for a high end Porsche turbo S and they had the perfect car. I worked with Lilly and Vincent and had the best car shopping and buying experience of my life. Not only do they have a great selection of cars but the quality and attention to detail is impeccable. The car I purchased was so well taken care of and tactical fleet invested a lot to make sure the car was perfect. I had a PPI done by a Dallas legend who said "this car is great and requires absolutely nothing" just buy it. Vincent personally took care of me and was so patient and professional during the entire process. Don't buy a car anywhere else!!! This place is literally the best and also Vincent is top notch. I would trust him with literally anything.
